Conference Fees
All those attending the LAC 2020+1, including organizers, speakers, panel presenters, and those chairing or attending a session, must pay the Congress fee described below:

* Students /Unemployed must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status or unemployment status at the time of registration.
The Conference fee includes:
- Opening Ceremony and reception
- Admission to all the academic activities programmed during the Conference: Keynote presentations, Round table talks, Panel discussions…
- Access to Poster exhibition area
- Coffee and Lunch as specified in the programme
- Certificate of attendance
- Welcome kit and printed Programme
The Conference fee includes:
Any activities not specified in “the conference fee includes”, to be determined.
Cancellations made before 17 April 2020 will be entitled to a 50% refund of the fee paid. After that date, there will be no refunds.
After 17 April 2020 until one month before the Conference, it will be possible to transfer the registration to another person provided that previous notice is given in writing to the organizers and given approval. In all cases, the person taking the place of the original registrant must apply for registration on the Conference website and accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
Registration and full payment of fees will be absolutely compulsory for attending any of the conference events.
Your registration will not be processed until payment is received in full. In addition, if you are a presenter of an accepted contribution, you will not be scheduled in the conference program if your payment is not received by 5 May 2020.
The Conference Secretariat and the Organizers do not accept any responsibility for injuries or damages that people and property may suffer during the Conference. Participants are recommended to have their own health and travel insurance.
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued by the Organizing Committee to all the registered participants who have paid the corresponding fee and registered at the conference desk in the conference venue.
The presentation of a communication or poster will be certified with an individual certificate issued by the Organizing Committee.
